What should you do if you want to nominate Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS), Mosques, or Madrasahs as your CPF nominee?
All CPF nominations must be to a legal entity. All mosques and madrasahs in Singapore are vested entities of Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (Muis).
If you intend to nominate any mosque or madrasah, or Muis, appoint Muis as a nominee by indicating the Unique Entity Number (UEN) T08GB0028L in the ‘Registration number of organisation’ field.
Once done, inform Muis via this form https://go.gov.sg/muis-cpfnomination. This will ensure that your CPF savings are directed to your intended entity.
