I have nominated an organisation to receive my CPF savings when I pass away. What else should I do to ensure the organisation can receive my CPF savings when I pass away?

You are encouraged to inform the organisation that you have nominated them in your CPF nomination. This will allow the organisation to be informed as to how they should use your CPF savings.

This is especially important if you have specific intentions on how you want your CPF savings to be used or allocated, as this will then allow the organisation to be informed of your intentions and to keep proper records that they have been nominated to receive your CPF savings.

In addition, the organisation will also be able to advise you as to whether they have been nominated correctly in your CPF nomination as different organisations may have different formal requirements to how they should be identified in a CPF nomination. Alternatively, you can check with them how they should be specified in your CPF nomination before you make your nomination.

Please note that CPF Board is not in a position to enforce or ensure that the organisation will apply the CPF savings received in the manner you intended. This is strictly a private arrangement between you and the organisation.
