Management Associate Programme

Our Management Associate Programme offers two rotations over a 2-year term, aimed at establishing the foundation for your career at the CPF Board.

Exceptional performers may be invited to join the Senior Term to further their career development, for an additional 2 years through a third rotation.
Those who excel during the Senior Term may be selected to join the Board's talent management programme.

Gain insights into CPF schemes and policies through a structured training programme, featuring interactive sessions and attachments.

Structured rotations

Access diverse opportunities, develop your competencies and cultivate dynamic thinking through rotations across Policy and Corporate Development, Schemes Delivery, Agency Services, Enforcement and Infocomm Technology domains.

Mentorship and career progression

Hone your leadership and professional skills under the guidance of our experienced leaders, network with talented professionals, and grow through structured development courses.

Eligibility

You are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, either fresh graduate or working professional with less than two years of experience.
You have the passion to make a meaningful impact and enhance the lives of citizens with your bold new ideas.

Frequently asked questions

How does the structured rotation work?

Over 2 years, Management Associates (MA) will be rotated to departments across various domains under Policy and Corporate Development, Schemes Delivery, Agency Services, Enforcement and Infocomm Technology functions. There will be two rotations for the duration of the programme, with each lasting one year.

Will I get to select my preferred departments or roles for rotation?

We will discuss your preferences with you and take them into account along with our assessment of your background and skill sets. The final placement will be determined based on operational requirements and the availability of positions within the CPF Board.

What are the developmental opportunities?

MAs can look forward to a series of developmental opportunities such as quarterly connect sessions designed as peer-learning community and to foster mutual support, regular engagements with senior management for insights into leadership, one-to-one mentoring sessions for professional development, and opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure.

What happens during the 2-year Senior Term under Management Associate Programme?

Upon completion of the 2-year programme, MAs who perform well and demonstrate the potential to take on leadership roles will be invited to a Senior Term under MAP. During the Senior Term, MAs will be posted to another department, and they can expect to be given opportunities to lead projects and/or supervise teams.

Those who excel during the Senior Term will be considered for our talent management programme, which is designed to prepare them for future leadership roles within CPF Board.
