We are piloting a new service to notify members that their monthly CPF transaction statement is ready for viewing. Notifications are sent to members who were selected to participate in our pilot trials. These notifications will only be sent to the email address that you have registered with the Board. You may check or update your email address with your Singpass.
To verify whether the notification is legitimate, check that the email is sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are viewing your statement via your mobile device:
(a) and have downloaded the latest version of the CPF Mobile app, you will be directed to the CPF Mobile app upon clicking the link;
(b) and have not downloaded the latest version of the CPF Mobile app, you will be prompted to download the CPF Mobile app to view your statement or continue on your mobile browser (e.g. Safari, Google Chrome).
If you are viewing your statement on a desktop or laptop, you will be directed to our official CPF website (link starting with cpf.gov.sg) on your web browser to view your statement.

You can print your monthly transaction statement via the link provided in our notification.
You can also print your transaction history for the past 15 months via Singpass login at my cpf digital services. For information, the Citizen Connect Centres (CCC) in selected Community Clubs (CC) provides internet enabled devices for the public to perform selected transactions with government online (includes printing statements). Please refer to the locations of CCCs (PDF, 0.5MB) for more information.
You can save a PDF copy or print your monthly transaction statement by using your laptop/desktop to access the link provided in the email notification.
You can also access your online 15-month transaction history via the CPF Mobile app or CPF website, and print or download your monthly transaction statement from there.
We are still piloting this new service and may not always send the notifications to the same group of members.
You can update your mobile number and/or email address via my cpf digital services with your Singpass. An SMS or email One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your new mobile number or email address for verification before the changes take effect.
