This service notifies members that their monthly CPF transaction statement is ready for viewing. Notifications will only be sent to the email address that you have registered with the Board. You may check or update your email address with your Singpass.

To verify whether the notification is legitimate, check that the email is sent from do_not_reply@e.cpf.gov.sg.

If you have downloaded the latest version of the CPF Mobile app, you will be directed to the CPF Mobile app upon clicking the link.

If you have not downloaded the latest version of the CPF Mobile app, or you are viewing your statement on a desktop or laptop, you will be directed to our official CPF website (link starting with cpf.gov.sg) on your web browser to view your statement.

The CPF Monthly Transaction Statement was redesigned to improve user-friendliness and experience across all devices.

We understand that you would like to have your statement displayed in the previous format. You can view your statement in tabular form in the PDF version by using your laptop/desktop to access the link provided in the email notification and clicking on the PDF icon found on the top right corner of the statement page.

You can access transactions up to the past 15 months via Singpass login at my cpf digital services.

You can print your monthly transaction statement via the link provided in our notification.

You can also print your transaction history for the past 15 months via Singpass login at my cpf digital services.

You can save a PDF copy or print your monthly transaction statement by using your laptop/desktop to access the link provided in the email notification.

You can also access your online 15-month transaction history via the CPF Mobile app or CPF website, and print or download your monthly transaction statement from there.

Interest is computed monthly, credited and compounded annually. For more details, please refer to the FAQ on ‘How is my CPF interest computed and credited into my accounts’.

You can update your mobile number and/or email address via my cpf digital services with your Singpass. An SMS or email One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your new mobile number or email address for verification before the changes take effect.
