This service notifies members that their monthly CPF transaction statement is ready for viewing. Notifications will only be sent to the email address that you have registered with the Board. You may check or update your email address with your Singpass.
To verify whether the notification is legitimate, check that the sender's email address ends with @e.cpf.gov.sg.
If you have downloaded the latest version of the CPF Mobile app, you will be directed to the CPF Mobile app upon clicking the link.
If you have not downloaded the latest version of the CPF Mobile app, or you are viewing your statement on a desktop or laptop, you will be directed to our official CPF website (link starting with cpf.gov.sg) on your web browser to view your statement.

You can access transactions up to the past 15 months via Singpass login at my cpf digital services.
As part of our efforts to go green, you may view, download and save your monthly transaction statement via the link provided in our notification. We strongly encourage you to view your monthly transaction statement online to enjoy a richer and more interactive user experience.
If you require your transaction history for the past 15 months, you may login to my cpf digital services via your Singpass. You can also watch the instructional video in your preferred language on how to access your CPF statements online.
Upon receiving your monthly email notification, follow these steps to view, save and download your statement:
1. Click the "View Now" button in the email and you will be redirected to the Singpass login page.
2. Log in with your Singpass account to authenticate your identity.
3. Once authenticated, your CPF statement for the month will be displayed.
4. To save or download your monthly transaction statement, click the PDF icon on the top right corner.
Alternatively, you may access your online 15-month transaction history via the CPF Mobile app or CPF website to download and save your monthly transaction statement.
Interest is computed monthly, credited and compounded annually. For more details, please refer to the FAQ on 'How is my CPF interest computed and credited into my accounts'.
Notifications will be sent to you whenever you make a transaction. Also, we may contact you to perform further verification checks on your transactions for added security. Hence, it is important to check and keep your contact details updated.
You can update your mobile number and/or email address via my cpf digital services – Account settings with your Singpass. An SMS or email One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your new mobile or email address for verification before the changes can be submitted.
Please note that any changes to your contact details will be subject to a 12-hour cooling period and you may be subject to enhanced authentication measures to verify your identity.
