You can visit any ServiceSG Centre to make an online nomination and a Lasting Power of Attorney application.

 

Officers at the ServiceSG Centres can assist you to complete an online nomination form on CPF website and guide you through making a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Eve of Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year: 8.30am to 1.00pm 

 

Self-Help Lobby is available 24 hours at CPF Bishan, CPF Tampines and CPF Woodlands.
