Why do I need to fill in the policy number and claim number of my employee, platform worker or insured in the E-File Excel for MediSave/MediShield Life Internet Reimbursement?
The policy number and claim number fields were added based on requests from companies to help track their MediSave/MediShield Life Internet Reimbursement submissions and match them with their records. These fields are optional and not compulsory.
