Why am I unable to log in to CPF EZPay?
You must first be appointed as an Administrator or Editor for CPF EZPay before you can access the CPF EZPay.
 
If you have been appointed the Administrator for CPF EZPay via Corppass for an UEN-registered entity but still cannot log in, please check the error message you received:  
 
  1. Error: “You do not have a valid CSN to log in to the system. Please contact your Corppass Admin for access.

Contact your Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin to set up and assign “CPF EZPay” e-Service to you for that CSN in Corpass portal.

  1. Error: “You have not been assigned access to the CPF EZPay e-service, or your access has expired.

Contact your Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin to assign or renew the “CPF EZPay” e-Service for your account in Corppass portal.
