If you have been appointed the Administrator for CPF EZPay via Corppass for an UEN-registered entity but still cannot log in, please check the error message you received:
- Error: “You do not have a valid CSN to log in to the system. Please contact your Corppass Admin for access.”
Contact your Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin to set up and assign “CPF EZPay” e-Service to you for that CSN in Corpass portal.
- Error: “You have not been assigned access to the CPF EZPay e-service, or your access has expired.”
Contact your Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin to assign or renew the “CPF EZPay” e-Service for your account in Corppass portal.
