Do I need to attach the employee, platform worker or insured's hardcopy healthcare payments and claims statement for submitting MediSave and/or MediShield Life reimbursement?
CPF Board does not require any documents from employers, platform operators or insurers to process the MediSave and/or MediShield Life reimbursement.
 
You should not request a hardcopy Healthcare Payments and Claims Statement from your employee, platform worker or insured. Employers, platform operators or insurers should accept a digital copy of the Healthcare Payments and Claims Statement from your employee, platform worker or insured if required.
