Can I reimburse my employees, platform workers or insureds in cash for a medical bill paid using their MediSave and/or MediShield Life?

You cannot reimburse your employees, platform workers or insureds in cash if the medical bill was paid using their MediSave and/or MediShield Life. The reimbursement for the utilised amount must be made directly to the employees, platform workers or insureds’ MediSave and/or MediShield Life.
