You can check the status of your voluntary housing refund application online via
Activities. Once your application has been successfully processed, the refunded amount will be credited to your CPF account. You can then view the details in your 15-months Transaction History by logging in to
my cpf digital services or
CPF Mobile app via your Singpass. Additionally, you will receive an email notification once your application has been processed.
Please note that the amount refunded will be used to reduce the principal amount withdrawn for your property and its accrued interest.
