QCan I request to receive my hardcopy Yearly Statement of Account annually?

As part of our efforts to go green, members will receive their Yearly Statement of Account (YSOA) digitally in place of hardcopy statement. This initiative is being rolled out in phases. We have also enhanced our digital YSOA and encourage you to try it out.

If you still need a hardcopy of your latest YSOA, you can have a hardcopy mailed to you through our Interactive Voice Response System (1800 227 1188) by selecting the Statement Request option (code 2). This service operates from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily. Our Customer Service Executives would be glad to guide you through, should you need assistance.
