As part of our efforts to go green, members will start receiving Yearly Statement of Account (YSOA) digitally in place of hardcopy statement. This initiative is rolled out in phases. We have also enhanced our digital YSOA and encourage you to try it out.
If you still need a hardcopy of your latest YSOA, you can have a hardcopy mailed to you through our Interactive Voice Response System (1800-227-1188) by selecting the Statement Request option (code 2). Our Customer Service Executives would be glad to guide you through, should you need assistance.
