What is the Lease Buyback Scheme?

The Lease Buyback Scheme (LBS) enables you to supplement your retirement income by selling part of your HDB flat’s lease while you continue to live in it.

By participating in the LBS, the proceeds from selling part of your flat's lease will be used to top up your Retirement Account to boost your lifelong monthly payouts under CPF LIFE. You can also enjoy a cash bonus of up to $30,000.
