Beware of scam calls and scam messages impersonating as CPF officers asking for your personal details. Ignore them and do not share your Singpass ID/password or banking details with anyone. CPF officers will NOT ask for your Singpass, banking userid or password.

Why am I not allowed to use my bank account with a non-local bank to receive my monthly payouts?

To better protect members from scams, we will only accept bank accounts where the bank is able to provide automated bank account verification to CPFB. This ensures that payment will only be made to a bank account belonging to the member. Currently, only POSB, DBS, OCBC and UOB are able to provide this service. We welcome any other bank to set up similar arrangements with us.
