Is my ex-spouse entitled to have a share of my CPF monies upon our divorce?

While CPF monies may be considered as matrimonial assets and a share may be given to an ex-spouse, there is nothing in the laws that give your ex-spouse an automatic entitlement. It is up to the Court to decide whether your ex-spouse is entitled to any part of your CPF monies, taking into account the matters set out in section 112 of the Women's Charter / section 52(3)(d) of the Administration of Muslim Law Act. The Court may then make an order giving your ex-spouse a share of your CPF monies, if that is the intent.
