Why is my email address required for the online application under CPF Education Loan Scheme?
An email will be sent to the CPF member, one day after you submit an online CPF Education Loan Scheme application. The member must log in to the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) provided, using his/her own Singpass, in order to apply to withdraw his CPF savings for your tertiary education. Hence, providing a valid and correct email address is very important.
In the event that a wrong email address is provided by the student in the online application form, the student have to cancel the online application immediately and submit a new application with the correct details once the cancellation request is processed.
