What if I lose the endorsement email or did not receive the endorsement email for the use of my CPF savings under the CPF Education Loan Scheme?
Both the student and the member will receive a copy of the email that is sent for member's endorsement on the use of his/her CPF savings for the student's education. The member can use either email to endorse the application using his/her own Singpass.
A reminder email would be sent two to three days later if the member had not endorsed the application. Member can use this reminder email for the endorsement.
The member is also advised to check his/her email setting and the email address used by the student in the application.
