How is the interest rate computed for the amount withdrawn under the CPF Education Loan Scheme?
Under the CPF Education Loan Scheme, the interest will start to accrue from the time CPF savings are withdrawn from member's Ordinary Account (OA). Interest is calculated on a monthly basis and is compounded on a yearly basis, pegged at the prevailing interest rate for OA.
