When is the monthly housing loan deducted from my CPF account?
The date of deduction for your monthly housing loan from your CPF account depends on the type of property and loan you have.

| Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat (HDB loan) |
The deduction is on the Sunday between 6th and 12th (including both dates) of the month. |
| HDB flat (Bank loan) |
The deduction is between the 11th and 14th (including both dates) of the month. |
| Private property / Executive Condominium |
The deduction is on the first or last working day of the month, depending on the bank’s due date. |
Note: If you are using your CPF savings to pay for the upgrading cost of your HDB flat, the deduction is on the Sunday, between the 6th and 12th (including both dates) of the month.
