How long does it take to process applications relating to housing matters?

Please refer to the table for our service standards for processing applications relating to housing matters.

Service Normal Processing Time
Commence CPF monthly instalment / use CPF savings for arrears payment, partial or full repayment of housing loan

 

Online: Within five working days

If you are taking a bank loan, the processing time will be subject to the notice period as required by your bank (if required)
Revise / cease CPF monthly instalment for housing loan taken from banks / financial institutions Online: Within three working days (Application has to be submitted at least five working days before deduction date)
Make voluntary cash refund of CPF savings used for property

Online: Almost instantly (PayNow QR and OCBC Digital)

Manual: Within seven working days
