I am buying an HDB flat and selling my existing flat at the same time. Can I apply for a contra facility?

If you are interested in using the refund from the sale of your current HDB flat to buy a new flat, you may check with HDB to see if you are eligible to apply for a contra facility. This will allow you to use the refund to offset the purchase price of your new flat.
