I am aged 55 and above. When will I receive the excess housing refunds after selling my flat?

If you are aged 55 and above and have sold your flat, you will receive the excess housing refunds in your CPF account. The refunds will be credited to your bank account (which is maintained in our records) within five working days.

If there are no bank account records maintained with us, you will receive a cheque about 10 working days after the housing refunds are credited into your CPF account.
