Can I use my CPF savings to pay for the transaction fee and lodgement fees when I buy a property?

You can use your Ordinary Account savings to pay for the following when you purchase a property:

  • Transaction fee levied by the lawyer's appointed bank
  • Lodgement fees levied by the Singapore Land Authority for the holding and disbursing of your CPF savings

Check with your lawyers to learn more about other relevant costs and fees.

They can provide additional information and help you understand the costs involved in the process.
