Why does my Home Protection Scheme cover end when I have fully redeemed my housing loan?

You will not need insurance protection if there is no outstanding housing loan. Thus, we will terminate your Home Protection Scheme cover and any pro-rated premium refund (if any) will be credited to your CPF Ordinary Account.
