What do I need to prepare for the Home Protection Scheme medical examination?

You are required to fast for at least 8 hours before your Home Protection Scheme medical examination appointment. Plain water and your usual medication are fine.

For ladies, please note that urine test should be performed at least 5 days after the last date of menstruation. If you are menstruating on the day of your appointment, please inform the clinic staff or doctor as the urine test would not be accurate.
