I am currently insured under the Single Premium Home Protection Scheme (HPS). How can I extend my HPS cover until age 65?

Your Single Premium Home Protection Scheme (HPS) cover will only insure you up to age 55 or 60. If your original housing loan is still outstanding by then, we will extend your HPS cover to age 65 by issuing you an Annual Premium (AP) HPS cover when your Single Premium HPS cover expires.

However, if you had restructured your housing loan and had been previously rejected by CPF Board for an increase to your HPS cover period or sum assured arising from the changes to your housing loan, you will not be eligible for the additional AP cover.
