How do I apply to be insured under the Home Protection Scheme?

The process to apply to be insured under Home Protection Scheme (HPS) depends on whether you are taking:

  • Housing & Development Board (HDB) Loan

You may apply for a Home Protection Scheme (HPS) cover when you are applying to withdraw your CPF savings for your monthly housing instalments at HDB.

Alternatively, you may apply for an HPS cover online.

  • Bank Loan

You may apply for a Home Protection Scheme cover online, using your Singpass, when you are applying to commence your monthly housing instalments.
