Can I apply to be insured under Home Protection Scheme if I do not have any outstanding housing loan?
The Home Protection Scheme (HPS) benefits are used to pay off the outstanding housing loan in the event of a claim. If you have not taken any housing loan to buy your HDB flat, HPS is not applicable to you.
