After I submit my Home Protection Scheme (HPS) application, do I need to declare my newly developed health condition before the HPS cover is issued to me?

You must inform us immediately via My Mailbox if there is a change in the state of your health before the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) cover is issued to you. Please include details of your health condition and a copy of your medical report, if any.

We will assess your eligibility for an HPS cover based on the additional health information declared.
