The funds in your MediSave Account (MA) may be reserved for other healthcare payments, such as ElderShield/CareShield Life premiums, hospitalisation bills, or premium payments for your dependents’ healthcare policies. These may have resulted in insufficient funds in your MA to pay for your Integrated Shield Plan / MediShield Life.
