Why does my Healthcare dashboard state that my MediShield Life premiums may be recovered from my bankruptcy estate?

Outstanding MediShield Life premiums incurred prior to your bankruptcy date may be recovered from your bankruptcy estate. These premiums will therefore not be reflected as outstanding premiums payable in your Healthcare dashboard.

To pay your outstanding premiums incurred prior to the date of your Bankruptcy Order, please obtain approval from the Private Trustee or Official Assignee. You can contact them at 1800 225 5529 (during office hours) or visit  www.mlaw.gov.sg.
