Why am I receiving digital notifications instead of hardcopy letters regarding MediShield Life related matters?

As part of our efforts to facilitate timelier and up-to-date notifications, members will start receiving MediShield Life notifications digitally in place of hardcopy letters. This initiative is rolled out in phases, and is expected to complete by early 2022. You will receive the notifications via the following modes:

  1. If your email address is registered with CPF Board, you will be notified via email;

  2. If your email address is not registered, but your mobile number is registered with CPF Board, you will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS depending on whether you have given consent to receive WhatsApp notifications;

  3. Additionally, if you have installed the CPF Mobile App and enabled push notifications on your mobile phone, you will receive the CPF Mobile App push notification alerts. This is an additional notification alert.

These digital notifications allow you to access information regarding your MediShield Life related matters anytime and anywhere. This will also support our efforts to go green.

If you do not have the CPF mobile app, a registered email or mobile number with CPF Board, you will continue to receive hardcopy MediShield Life letters.
