How do I stop the MediShield Life premium payment for a dependant's premium?

To stop paying MediShield Life premiums for your dependant(s), submit a Stop Premium Payment for Dependant(s)' MediShield Life Cover. Your dependant(s) will take over paying his/her own premium from the next policy year.

If your child is under 21 years old, you will not be able to submit an online stop premium payment request unless the child has sufficient savings in his/her MediSave Account, or another family member takes over the premium payment. Parents are responsible for their children's MediShield Life premiums until they turn 21 years old. If you have been discharged from the liability of maintaining your child after your divorce, please write to us and provide the relevant court documents.

If you have questions, you can call us at 1800 222 3399 or write to us.
