What should I do if I am unable to scan the QR code in the notifications to pay the MediShield Life premiums?

If you are unable to scan the QR code in the notifications to pay the MediShield Life premiums, you can  top up to your or the premium payer's MediSave Account via e-Cashier and select "Contribute to My MediSave".

Alternatively, you can seek a family member's help to perform "Change of Payer for MediShield Life Cover" to take over the premium payment.
