I am (i) residing overseas or (ii) have renounced my Singapore Citizenship/Permanent Resident status. How do I pay my CareShield Life/ElderShield/MediShield Life premiums?
You can pay your CareShield Life/ElderShield/MediShield Life premiums by:
1) Asking a Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident family member to perform a Change of Payer to take over the premium payments using his/her MediSave.

CareShield Life/ElderShield: Change of Payer for CareShield Life/ ElderShield
2) Telegraphic Transfer
Please note the following:
i. Indicate “CSHL/ESH/MSL for <premium payer’s name, CPF Account Number/NRIC>”. For example, CSHL/ESH/MSL for XXXX, S1234567B.
Note: Remittance amount should include the total outstanding premiums and any prevailing bank charges. Charge Type should be ‘OUR’ for bank account holder to bear all charges.
