I wish to check the amount claimed from my MediShield Life coverage for my recent hospitalisation. How can I do so?

You can view the details of your MediShield Life claims (with transaction dates within the last 15 months from the date of enquiry) at cpf.gov.sg/healthcare:

1.  Login to your Healthcare dashboard under my cpf digital services with your Singpass

2. Proceed to 'Latest healthcare payments and claims'

3. Select and view the details of your recent healthcare payments and claims. To view more claims, click on "View past 15 months".

4. Click on 'View details' under MediShield Life to view the claim details.
