How do I ensure I am notified of my MediShield Life premiums payable?

To ensure that you are notified of your MediShield Life premiums payable, you can update your residential address with ICA or at the nearest Neighbourhood Police Post. Once updated, participating government agencies and statutory boards like the CPF Board will be informed of the change in address through the One-Stop Change of Address Reporting Service (OSCARS).

You can also log in to Healthcare dashboard 'Coverage and premium details' for information on your and/or your dependants' MediShield Life premiums and subsidies. 

You will receive digital notifications regarding your MediShield Life if you have registered your email address and mobile telephone number. For example, 

a. If your email address is registered with CPF Board, you will be notified via email;

b. If your email address is not registered, but your mobile number is registered with CPF Board, you will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS depending on whether you have given consent to receive WhatsApp notifications;

c. Additionally, if you have installed the CPF Mobile app and enabled push notifications on your mobile phone, you will receive the CPF Mobile app push notification alerts. This is an additional notification alert.

You can log in to the CPF website and update your contact details under Account Settings.

If you do not have the CPF Mobile app, and did not register your email or mobile number with us, you will continue to receive hardcopy MediShield Life letters.
