You can use your own or a third party’s bank account to apply for a GIRO payment plan for your/your dependant’s outstanding MediShield Life premiums by scanning the QR code below or click on Apply/Change GIRO for Payment of MediShield Life Premiums to submit the request. The owner of the bank account/applicant must have a personal internet banking account with DBS or OCBC.
