If I do not have the Basic Healthcare Sum when I reach my Payout Eligibility Age and I intend to start receiving my retirement payouts, do I need to top up my MediSave Account?

You will not need to top up your MediSave Account to the Basic Healthcare Sum in order to receive your retirement payouts.
