What if self-employed persons do not respond to the Notice of Computation (NOC)?

If self-employed persons (SEPs) do not respond to the NOC, the CPF Board may issue them a Letter of Demand and Offer which requires them to pay up their outstanding MediSave contributions, together with the payment of the composition amount offered. If there is still no payment, the Board may issue them a Notice to Attend Court (NTA). A sample is appended.

       1.    NTA for offences before 31 Dec 2021 (PDF, 0.1MB)
