 *Termination of GIRO arrangement for Mandatory and/or Voluntary Contributions for Self-Employed Person 

 

 

Online: within 2 working days

Manual: within 3 working days

 *Request to terminate Direct Debit/GIRO arrangement will be processed if there is no pending Direct Debit/GIRO deduction (i.e. have not generated payment file to bank to effect deduction for MediSave payable). Otherwise, processing can only commence 2 working days after deduction date. Please inform the Board of the terminated Direct Debit/GIRO arrangement if you have performed the termination over at the bank instead.
