If I contribute to all three CPF accounts as a self-employed person, do I still have to top up my MediSave Account?

Only the portion credited to your MediSave Account can be used to offset your MediSave payable as a self-employed. If there is still outstanding MediSave payable, you are required to contribute to your MediSave to meet the shortfall.

Contributions to your CPF Ordinary and Special accounts are voluntary and cannot be used to offset your outstanding MediSave payable or transferred to your MediSave Account to meet the MediSave shortfall.
