How do I check my voluntary top-up limit to my three CPF accounts as a self-employed person?

You can use our e-Cashier to check the amount of voluntary top-ups you can make. Follow the steps below:

  • Key in your NRIC number
  • Select paying as a ‘Self-employed’ and making payment for ‘Contribute to my three CPF Accounts’ or ‘Contribute to my MediSave’
  • Click ‘Next’
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and click ‘Start’
  • Click ‘Check Allowable Contribution'
  • Log in with your Singpass

You will see a message on the amount you can contribute. This result is valid only if you do not expect to receive any more mandatory CPF contributions and voluntary top-ups before the end of the year.

If the total mandatory CPF contributions and voluntary top-ups exceed the CPF Annual Limit in the calendar year, any excess voluntary top-ups will be refunded without interest. Therefore, do remember to consider your mandatory CPF contributions which you will be receiving for the calendar year, before making voluntary top-ups.
