How do I apply to adjust my CPF Contributions from the firm’s account to a self-employed person’s account?

You may submit an online application via my cpf digital services using Singpass to adjust your CPF Contributions from the firm’s account to your self-employed account.

The adjustment request must be made within one year from the date of payment.
