Can I settle my outstanding MediSave payable by instalments through GIRO?

You can settle your outstanding MediSave payable by instalments through GIRO.

If your bank account is with DBS/POSB or OCBC, please complete the "Apply / Change GIRO for MediSave Contributions by Self-Employed Person” using your Singpass. You will be re-directed to DBS/POSB or OCBC’s ibanking portal to complete the application. You can check the status of your online application through my cpf digital services - My activities with your Singpass.

If you wish to use an account from other banks, please download and submit the “Apply for GIRO for MediSave Contributions” (FORM SE GIRO) (PDF, 0.1MB) to the CPF Board. Deduction will be made from the existing bank account until the new GIRO arrangement takes effect.

After your GIRO application is approved, we will inform you about your upfront and monthly instalment amounts via a notification. You can also view your GIRO instalment plan details via  Self-employment dashboard  after logging in with your Singpass.

If you are facing financial difficulties and need to defer your MediSave contributions, please contact us via our Online Enquiry Form.
