Can I renew/apply my licence if I have outstanding MediSave payable?
Licensing authorities will only process your licence renewal/application if your MediSave payable is up-to-date, that is, you have either paid your MediSave in full or have an active GIRO arrangement with the Board to settle your MediSave payable.
You can check your MediSave contribution status, make full/partial payments or apply GIRO by logging onto the Self-employment dashboard using your Singpass.
You can apply for your Singpass online if you do not have one.
You may log in to the Self-employment dashboard using your Singpass to check your licence eligibility status after making payment arrangements.
