Why was my eNETs payment unsuccessful for my top-up application?

You can check your bank statement to verify if the payment for your top-up has been successfully deducted.

If payment was successful, please provide us with your application transaction number for our investigation.

If payment was unsuccessful, follow the steps below:

  1. Disable the pop-up blocker on your internet browser (Steps on how to disable the pop-up blocker)
  2. Clear your browser cache (Steps on how to clear your browser cache)
  3. Restart your browser
  4. Resubmit your application

If you still experience the same issue, please let us have the following information for our investigation:

  1. Screenshots of the navigation flow before you encountered the error message; and
  2. Browser and browser version used (e.g. Internet Explorer v11.1098.17663.0, Google Chrome v80.0.3987.132); and
  3. Model and version of the device used (e.g.  iPhone 11 v13.3.1, windows v10.0.17663); and
  4. Date and time of transaction which you encountered the error message
