Why was my eNETs payment unsuccessful for my top-up application?
You can check your bank statement to verify if the payment for your top-up has been successfully deducted.
If payment was successful, please provide us with your application transaction number for our investigation.
If payment was unsuccessful, follow the steps below:
- Disable the pop-up blocker on your internet browser (Steps on how to disable the pop-up blocker)
- Clear your browser cache (Steps on how to clear your browser cache)
- Restart your browser
- Resubmit your application
If you still experience the same issue, please let us have the following information for our investigation:
- Screenshots of the navigation flow before you encountered the error message; and
- Browser and browser version used (e.g. Internet Explorer v11.1098.17663.0, Google Chrome v80.0.3987.132); and
- Model and version of the device used (e.g. iPhone 11 v13.3.1, windows v10.0.17663); and
- Date and time of transaction which you encountered the error message
