Why are there no deductions from my bank account for my top-up even though I have set up a GIRO arrangement online?

It could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You have not submitted your Standing Instruction to start the top-ups. Ensure that you have completed the necessary steps.
  • The GIRO deduction has not yet commenced. Check our normal processing time.
