Why are there no deductions from my bank account for my top-up even though I have set up a GIRO arrangement online?

The possible reasons for not having deductions in your bank account for your top-up could be due to the following:

  • You have not submitted your Standing Instruction to start the top-ups. Ensure that you have completed the steps.
  • The GIRO deduction date has not commenced. Check our service standards.
