My top-up is not reflected in my CPF account. Was the top-up unsuccessful?

If your top-up is still not reflected after the expiry of our service standards:

  1. You may have missed out in making payment for your cash top-up application. Find out how to submit a new application.
  2. You may have missed out in submitting supporting documents for first-time CPF transfers to a loved one. Find out what are the required supporting documents.
  3. We may need more time to verify your application. We’ll contact you within five working days to request for more information.
