My top-up is not reflected in my CPF account. Was the top-up unsuccessful?

If your top-up is not reflected in your CPF accounts after the expiry of our usual processing time, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You may have missed out in making payment for your cash top-up application. Find out how to submit a new application.
  2. You may have missed out in submitting supporting documents for first-time CPF transfers to a loved one. Find out what the required supporting documents are.
  3. We may require additional time to verify your application. We will contact you within five working days to request for more information.
