I used to be able to make a top-up on behalf of someone else, with them being a giver. I am no longer able to do so as I have to log in with my Singpass. How do I do so now?

If you are unable to make a top-up on behalf of someone, you can get the intended applicant to submit the top-up application via Singpass.

As a giver, there are important Terms and Conditions that he or she has to be aware of, and has to acknowledge before making a cash top-up.
